Hmmmm..... I thought i was in a decent shape when it came to moving around fast and starting, stopping... But noooooo..... :-s
After 30 minutes of solo-squash, i was just beat, and for the next 2 days my ass hurt like it was getting paid..... (Looked good but it wasnt happy...)
Ohwell, it was fun, even though i looked like a complete newbie for the first 10 minutes. After that i actually managed to hit the ball more than 2 times in a row, sometimes....... Great workout, though. Fast pulse and great fun.

Squash was invented by a group of people called masucists (don't hate my grammar!)...anyway it has changed through out the years, but I still look at it in that matter.... what did I get myself into? ;)
It was amazing 2 see that the old man was the quickest in training at KFR :-S!! The young ones should shape up and try 2 see what he is doing. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
But u have 2 face the fact that u could be the father of most of your best students!!!!!!!! U r not getting younger. Im sorry that it was me that had 2 tell u this fact :-)!! Muhahahahahahaha

I thought Einar wrote this himself untill i came 2 the part where there was somebody talking about that he could be his best students father!! Well he should give up his favorite thing that is 2 flirt with teenage girls (like some 15 year old girl said that is writing on his blogg) and face it that he could easily be their father :-)
